• Late bets placed in Live Betting after a match has started may be automatically voided by the system.

• The minimum bet amount is BDT 10, and the maximum bet limit varies by event.

If any match or event appears irregular or suspicious, Suna10 reserves the right to suspend or void all bets on that event. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded to the user's account.

Suna10 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and funds cannot be withdrawn unless those terms are met.

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once per person.
• To withdraw a bonus, you generally need to meet a wagering requirement of 5 to 10 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are typically valid for 30 days from the date they are credited.
• Bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Suna10 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

Deposits and withdrawals on Suna10 are simple and fast, though certain rules must be followed.

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Suna10 reserves the right to carry out additional verification on suspicious transactions.
• Accounts found to be involved in money laundering or fraudulent activity will be suspended immediately.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed to Mobile Banking or Nagad within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. In some cases, the verification process may take up to 24 hours.

Suna10 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• If fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is detected.

• Suspicion of collusion or match fixing.
• If a false identity or forged documents are used.

If an account is closed, the user may withdraw any valid balance (excluding bonuses) within a maximum of 30 business days. This does not apply in cases of closure due to fraud.

Suna10's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question.
